Do you make house calls or is everything remote?
We offer both! Usually, we provide in-home, in-person support, but for many issues, we can also assist you remotely by phone or online.

I’m not very “tech-savvy.” Can you explain things in a way I’ll understand?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on being patient and explaining things step by step, in plain English. No confusing tech jargon!

Do you only help seniors, or can anyone use your services?
While we specialize in helping seniors feel confident with technology, we provide support for people of all ages. Whether you’re young or young at heart, we can assist with your devices, networks, and online safety.

What devices do you work on?
We service computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, Wi-Fi equipment, printers, and more. If it plugs-in or takes batteries, we are happy to take a look at it!

Do you work with Apple devices?
Yes! We’re experienced with Windows PCs, Mac computers, iPhones, iPads, and Android smartphones and tablets.

Do you offer training or just repairs?
Both! Many of our clients ask us to provide one-on-one lessons, from learning how to use email to managing their computer safely.
